PAPERWORK BURDEN REDUCTION ACT (PBRA)
Under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA) that was enacted in December 2024, small employers now have an option to provide Form 1095-B (ACA form detailing which months the employee had minimum essential coverage under the employers plan) to such employees only upon request. Requests can be made to Maryann Budzielek and will fulfilled within 30 days.
